Romans 5:19-20 (KJV)
19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound.
We have no choice but to thank God for the remission of our sins, because as often as we get upset and offended by several different things, especially those things we are very passionate about, the Grace of God is sufficient to abound and save us from being cast into the lake of fire.
According to the book of Romans chapter 5:20 {kjv} when offence abounds, the Grace of God much more abounds. Nothing can match the Grace of God, his Grace is sufficient and we are in a dispensation of Grace so we have a lot of reason to rejoice in the Lord and be glad despite it all.
It is almost impossible to sail through life without the sin of offence, that’s life. On every level and almost on a daily basis God will allow us to be in situations where we will be pushed by this world, but it is in such a place we will be tested and subsequently, strengthened. It is only then he will know if we are still relying on his Grace.
We need the Grace and mercies of God every day, and it is new waiting to embrace us each day.
Sin is daily, no matter how hard we try we will fall into it in one way or another, hence repentance is also daily. This is where we will receive fresh covering of Grace and Mercy from the Lord.
There is not one human that walks the face of this earth that has conquered sin, God knows this which is why Jesus was sent as the sacrifice for our sin.
Lord, we need you every moment of every day! There is nowhere we would rather be, than in your presence Lord.
