Great Faith Produced Miracles on the Sabbath
If we look into the book of Luke chapter thirteen, verse ten we will see that Jesus taught in one of the Synagogues on the Sabbath day, which means if we follow Jesus we can also teach on the Sabbath day but is not restricted to that day only.
Whilst Teaching he observed there was a woman who was bowed because of a spirit of infirmity which she had eighteen years, he loosed her and God was Glorified.
One of the rulers of the Synagogue had an issue with it because he saw it as work, and mentioned that they were only supposed to work on six days.
Jesus said just as the ox are loosed to fetch water on the Sabbath, the woman who was bound by Satan against her will was also loosed and not doing so is hypocrisy. Jesus did not condemn the law but highlighted that even as we pay attention to law we need to ensure good sense prevails. Although teaching is important, Healing and Deliverance has always been the main priority in Jesus Ministry.
Great Faith will cause us not to rely on the laws of expectations but to tap into the heart of God concerning every individual matter as it arises.
Remembering also that the word says in Luke chapter thirteen, verse thirty, “And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last”. Things are not supposed to be based on just what we know or in the order we know it to be because we serve a limitless God.
Likewise, God wants to move in our midst greatly but we are putting a cap on his Glory by not setting time for a proper flow that will create great deliverance.
Every single functioning Ministry under the Administration of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ should have a specific service allocated for Mass Deliverance, no announcements, no cutting off based on time constraints and trying to manage a particular routine based on religiousness. The Holy Spirit needs room to move and those who are coming expecting to receive can’t be too “made up” to get their deliverance.
We need to rest down the vanity for a moment and come to the throne of God broken, and empty awaiting to be refilled. If shoes will be a distraction, leave them at the door. God cannot fill what is already filled but he can rebuild what was broken for his sake.
Whatever we have seen and heard prior cannot be measured to what is to come, God is new everyday so leave what we are used to behind us and create a remarkable moment in this present season for the Glory of the Lord.
We need to put aside expectations and being very busy, bask in his Glory and await transformation.
