The Lord has given us Power over all the powers of the enemy so why are people walking around with illnesses and that they are supposed to have power over?
The real question is, are they giving full expression to the power of God within their mortal bodies?, because this will determine everything else.
Although people suffer due to bloodline curses, most things they suffer from or struggle with begins with their thoughts. How they perceive themselves, what does their faith look like? Are they carrying around baggage in their minds? Having accepted negative words that others spoke, for example believing lies about themselves, and so on.
People call sicknesses into their lives just like that, by making themselves receptive enough to be bearers of darkness. Sickness is darkness, there are none in Heaven, Heaven is beautiful, it’s full of purity.
Sickness is mainly a faith issue, because once we accept the fact that by the stripes of the Lord Jesus we were healed and he bore the pain for our transgressions and iniquity, then we will understand that we are not supposed to suffer sickness at all. We have to denounce it in the name of Jesus believing that his power will make us whole, because if we denounce without full belief that it can happen, then we will not receive the transformation.
Likewise, if someone denounces sickness from another person’s life but they have the slightest shadow of a doubt in receiving, it will not happen. Sickness will remain, belief is one of the main requirements to obtain power over all the powers of the enemy.
According to the word of God, we cannot receive anything without true faith and belief in the power of God, therefore sickness can be a sign of wavering faith or hidden disbelief, meaning you confess the Lord with your mouth, yet in the depths of your heart, you are hiding darkness and deception. For example, witchcraft can only take root when someone believes in it’s power. We have power and ability in Christ.
May you step into that place of pure power in Christ today so that your life can be transformed in the name of Jesus. Hallelujah!
