Some people can only fight physically but even if their lives depend on it they cannot wage a good warfare in the spirit, hence they can easily wind up defeated, not just feeling defeated but actually defeated.
As for me I fight my battles in the spirit and in Jesus name, the only way I know to receive the victory. My sacrifice and obedience in Christ unlocks the favor of the Lord, and by his guidance the enemy’s plans are shattered and his minions scattered time and time again.
The book of Isaiah 58:1 reads as follows: “Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.” That cry is a nice long and loud scream not a weeping cry, that is why it says like a trumpet, so when you hear me screaming some anointed screams just know that it is not new in the body of Christ, neither have I lost my mind. Many believers do not level up in the Lord because they are more concerned about the appearance and “act” of Holiness rather than actual Holiness. When the Lord says scream I scream, when the Lord says Laugh I laugh in Jesus name because his ways are always higher, he is God and he knows what is best concerning us.
The variation of a cry is so diverse because it can be an actual cry that consists of tears and sobs, then there is a loud cry of urgency in the heavenly realm that sounds like a scream ahhhhh!!!!!!, there is a level of humility that is required to cry that cry, heaven is at that call. The grace of God is required to unlock that one because it carries weight just like the heavenly language.
To every sound in heaven there is a replica on this earth, heaven has the originals. There is a worldy laugh and one that flows from heaven, there is a worldly cry and one that flows from heaven, there is a worldly scream and one that flows from heaven. It is the same with dance and every other prophetic act.
May the Lord give you the belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shield of faith, helmet of salvation, shoes of peace, sword of the spirit (word of God), prayer and supplication, to stand against all iniquity, necromancy and every form of darkness in Jesus name.

4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
