When everyone has turned their back and you have exceeded every logical option to get something done, that is when the Lord will show up and make a way where there seems to be none.
This is how he gets his Glory, because if you could have figured it out then you will not give him the credit in that particular area of accomplishment.
The same God that called water from the rock, turned the water into wine and filled Peter’s net till it broke is the same God who provides for me and my household today when we have been previously denied several opportunities because of the corruption of mankind. Despite my educational background, there are “Church goers” in my community who tried to persuade me to “clean the roadway” instead of reaching for tasks along the lines of my area of edification and God-given talents, even when they could have made positive recommendations because that is how they viewed me in their own little perspectives, although the Lord had already prepared me for a greater assignment.
They are among some of the people that have slammed doors in our faces, hence the reason they are now wondering how it is possible that we are still afloat, still thriving and obtaining opportunities that they would rather we do not have at all. In their eyes something has gone wrong because they do not understand how the power of God manifests into favour.
For this reason I can barely testify in peace without watching over my shoulder to see who is plotting against my God-given Blessing. Yes, In the body of Christ, people posing as believers have blended themselves among us to monitor our progress and plot against the hand of God concerning us, but we can rest assured that God guides where he provides, and his name will be Glorified regardless.
As long as I am lifted up, will draw all men unto him, all honour and all Glory belongs to Jesus! He is able to do exceedingly and abundantly much more than we can ask or think, his ways are higher than ours and his thoughts concerning us are far better then we can imagine.
We focus so much on the persecution and crucifixion sometimes that we forget about the fact that God Blesses, and he restores. If life in Christ was not supposed to also be beautiful then why are we leading people into this life? It was meant to also have favour and abundance, peace of mind and unspeakable joy, this is the promise in Psalms 34:19.
If the unsaved are living comfortable lives why should a believer with a consecrated life suffer and be afflicted only? This was never the plan of God, which is why even when he breaks he rebuilds.
We really need to stop trying to manipulate people’s destinies, and allow God to be God all by himself. He is worthy to be praised.
Allow the Lord to be Glorified and stop trying to micromanage Godly affairs, in Jesus name!
