New Day, New Month, New Grace in Jesus name!
Sometimes the Grace of God takes us to a place that we cannot put into words, a place where no academic qualification could have taken us, a place where no matter how well we present ourselves or speak, no level of consistency and strength could have taken us there, not even our own desire nor the favour of man would have been enough, that place is called Grace and Mercy!
We become Qualified by the Grace of our Father without even trying because Grace is built on love with the expectation that we will abide and reciprocate in the same measure that has been given to us.
I have walked through some doors in my life knowing full well that only the Grace of God took me there, but how do I share this with others who do not share my faith? It can be difficult at times when you are surrounded by people who have never had true encounters with the giver of Grace, therefore cannot comprehend peculiar favour. In their minds everything is being measured based on the ability and understanding of creation, and by their approval only.
There is a Grace to receive and a Grace to carry what you have received, a Grace to be qualified and a Grace to remain qualified.
It is so easy to read the word of God, but not as easy to remember that the word is life, and that life is God. We often read things, hear them over and over, even make a habit out of reciting it, then when we actually see it in action all falls down and we act as though a strange thing has happened.
Seeing is supposed to be believing, so how is it working the other way around, that when people see the manifestations of God they fall into question instead of applauding the Glory and saluting his Grace.
It is the one thing I can barely wrap my mind around.
May the Lord give us the Grace to know what is Grace in Jesus name!
